A house facing the sea with an exceptional location and a breathtaking view of the Glénan Islands. This property is the idyllic place to rest or for an active holiday enjoying the pleasures of the sea thanks to its direct access to the beach.

With a surface area of 115m2 on a plot of 1700m2, the house has 2 bedrooms with bathroom and toilet with access to the balcony and sea view, a large bedroom for the children (with 4 single beds) and access to a bathroom and toilet, an open kitchen to the living/dining room, an office. Two bicycles as well as two paddle boards will be made available.
