Please read through our below reservation policies

1. Definitions

1.1 When the following words with capital letters are used in these Terms, this is what they will mean:
1.1.1 Accommodation: the period of time for which We provide accommodation at the Property to You as set out in the Booking and agreed by Us;
1.1.2 Booking: your request for the Accommodation as made via our website booking form or over the phone or by email;
1.1.3 Property: the property as defined within the Booking;
1.1.4 Terms: the terms and conditions set out in this document provided to you by Us as the Owner;
1.1.5 We/Our/Us: Atlantic Collection, a company registered in Quimper (France) with company registration number 788414 852 (Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés) whose registered office address is Zone Commerciale Maner Ker Elo, 29170 Fouesnant (France). 1.2 When We use the words « writing » or « written » in these Terms, this will include e-mail unless We say otherwise.

2. Our contract with you

2.1 These are the terms and conditions on which We supply the Accommodation to you.
2.2 The Property is only the property as detailed in the Booking and can only be changed with another property if the other property is available at the requested time.
2.3 Please ensure that you read these Terms carefully, and check that the details on the Booking and in these Terms are complete and accurate, before you submit the Booking. If you think that there is a mistake or require any changes, please contact Us to discuss. We will confirm any changes in writing to avoid any confusion between you and Us.
2.4 When you submit the Booking to Us, this does not mean We have accepted your order for Accommodation. If We are unable to supply you with the Accommodation, We will inform you of this in writing and We will not process the Booking.
2.5 These Terms will become binding on you and Us when We issue you with a written acceptance of a Booking, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and Us.

3. Changes to booking or terms

3.1 We may revise these Terms from time to time in the following circumstances:
3.1.1 Changes in how We accept payment from you;
3.1.2 Changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; or
3.1.3 If We have a valid commercial reason to do so.
3.2 If We have to revise these Terms under clause 3.1, We will give you at least 14 days written notice of any changes to these Terms before they take effect.
3.3 You may request a change to the Booking for Accommodation by contacting Us. Any changes to the Booking:
3.3.1 are permitted at our sole discretion;
3.3.2 that results in a change in the total price of the Accommodation, We will notify you of the amended price in writing. If you do not wish to accept the amended price then the Booking shall remain as originally placed.
3.4 If you wish to cancel a Booking before the start date for Accommodation, please see your right to do so in clause 10.

4. Providing accommodation & restrictions

4.1 The Owner will supply the accommodation in good condition and clean.
4.2 The inventory of the apartment as well as of the diverse equipments will be made at the beginning and at the end of the stay by the owner and the tenant.
4.3 We only supply the Accommodation for domestic and private use.
4.4 The number of tenants cannot exceed the number indicated on the contract, except with the prior agreement of the owner by registered mail.
4.5 The rental must be rented to the person holder of the contract. The rental cannot benefit to third parties, other than those indicated on the contract.
4.6 Only well behaved pets (dogs and cats only) are allowed.
4.7 Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. Smoking outside of the house is allowed.
4.8 Broadband internet access is offered in some properties. This service is provided for recreational and not for business use and we do not promise that the service will be available constantly. Neither a minimum speed, unrestricted bandwidth nor uninterrupted provision of an internet access service can be guaranteed and We will not be liable for any form of compensation or expenses claimed by any guest in respect of the provision of internet services or telephone services not being available or failing.
4.9 You shall take proper care of the Property and its contents during the Accommodation and may lose your cautionary deposit (as defined in clause 5) and/or receive an invoice for any damage caused or loss suffered if the Property and its contents are not left in the same state in which it is found at the beginning of the Accommodation.
4.7 The housework can be made by the owner upon the tenant’s departure for an additional cost of € (Euros) 80.

5. Cautionary deposit

5.1 A security deposit will be requested upon the tenant’s arrival. This amount will be refunded to the tenant on the day of his/her departure; a deduction will apply in case of possible deteriorations of the premises.

6. Price and payment

6.1 The price of the Accommodation will be set out at the time you place your Booking and at the time We confirm your Booking.
6.2 Payment may be made by bank transfer, Credit Card or Paypal. 6.3 Only cheques issued by a French bank will be accepted.
6.3 Any bank or transfer charges shall be borne by you.
6.4 Payment may only be made in the currency as shown in the Booking.
6.5 The tourist tax of 0.66€* (Euros) per person (18 years and older) and per day will be collected by the owner and added to the rental cost. *Applicable amount defined by the municipality and likely to be amended every year
6.6 You must pay a minimum deposit of 30% of the total cost of the Accommodation at the time you place your Booking and the balance of the price at least 4 weeks before the start date for the Accommodation, unless the start date for the Accommodation is less than 4 weeks from the date of the Booking, in which case the full balance of the price must be paid at the time you place your Booking.
6.7 If you do not make any payment due to Us by the due date for payment, We may cancel your Accommodation and terminate this contract. In these circumstances, your rights to a refund are set out in clauses 9, 10 and 11.
6.8 You confirm that you are over the age of 18.

9. Events outside our control

9.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of Our obligations under these Terms that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.
9.2 An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond Our reasonable control, including without limitation, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks, power networks or water supplies, local building works or roadworks, transport interruptions, delays or cancellations.
9.3 If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of Our obligations under these Terms:
9.3.1 We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and
9.3.2 Our obligations under these Terms will be suspended and the time for performance of Our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects Our performance of Accommodation to you, We will restart the Accommodation as soon as reasonably possible after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
9.4 You may cancel the contract if an Event Outside Our Control takes place and you no longer wish Us to provide the Accommodation.

10. Your rights to cancel and applicable refund

10.1 You may cancel a Booking for Accommodation up to 12 weeks before the start date for the Accommodation by contacting Us in writing with a copy of your invoice/booking confirmation. We will confirm your cancellation in writing to you.
10.2 If cancellation occurs more than 90 days before the start date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded; if cancellation occurs between 90 and 45 days before start date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded; if cancellation occurs less than 45 days before start day, there will be no refund of the deposit.

11. Our rights to cancel and applicable refund

11.1 We may have to cancel a Booking before the start date for the Accommodation, due to an Event Outside Our Control or the unavailability of key personnel or key materials without which We cannot provide the Accommodation. We will promptly contact you if this happens.
11.2 If We have to cancel a Booking under clause 11.1 and you have made any payment in advance for Accommodation that have not been provided to you, We will refund these amounts to you.
11.3 If, for any reason, we are unable to offer the Property to you for the duration of the Accommodation then we shall use reasonable endeavours to find suitable alternative accommodation for you.
11.4 If, under clause 11.3, we are unable to find suitable alternative accommodation then we may cancel the Booking and shall refund any fees paid to us in accordance with the Booking.
11.5 We may cancel the contract for Accommodation at any time with immediate effect by giving you written notice if:
11.5.1 You do not pay Us when you are supposed to.
11.5.2 You break the contract in any other material way.

12. Information about us and how to contact us

12.1 If you have any questions or if you have any complaints, please contact Us. You can contact Us by telephoning Our customer service team at +33 298 511 596 or by contacting us using the online contact form.
12.2 If you wish to contact Us in writing, or if any clause in these Terms requires you to give Us notice in writing (for example, to cancel the contract), you can send this to us by using the online contact form. We will confirm receipt of this by contacting you in writing. If We have to contact you or give you notice in writing, We will do so by e-mail to the address you provide to Us in the Booking.

13. How we may use your personal information

13.1 We will use the personal information you provide to Us to:
13.1.1 Provide the Accommodation;
13.1.2 Provide additional services through third parties to you as requested within the Booking;
13.1.3 Process your payment for Accommodation; and 13.1.4 Inform you about similar products or services that We provide. You may stop receiving these at any time by contacting Us.
13.2 We will not give your personal data to any third party unless you have requested additional services to be provided during your Accommodation, in which case the parties providing those services will be provided with your personal data, where necessary.

Reservation Terms

Please read through our below reservation term’s and conditions

Liability:

We do not own, manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, hotel, restaurant or other supplier of services. Other independent third parties provide transportation, transfers and accommodations, and certain other services (such as rental bikes etc). Such parties are independent contractors and not employees or agents of The Atlantic Collection or the operators. All arrangements with such independent contractors are made solely for your convenience and are at the participant’s risk. Participants to The Atlantic Collection’s trips release The Atlantic Collection and the operators from and against any claims for loss or damage to baggage or property, or for personal injuries or death, or for any loss from delay arising out of the acts, omissions or negligence of any independent contractors, such as hotels, excursion providers, restaurateurs, transportation providers. Each participant agrees to indemnify The Atlantic Collection and the operators for all penalties, fines, charges, losses or expenses incurred by virtue of any act, omission or violation of law by the participant. Each participant, or if a minor, his or her parent or guardian, shall be liable to and shall reimburse the operator for all damage to the facilities and its furnishings or equipment, caused by any willful or negligent act or omission on the part of the member. Neither The Atlantic Collection, nor their agents, servants, or employees assume responsibility for any claim, action, cause of action, injuries, losses or damages arising from the actions of third-party contractors supplying services on the vacation, including but not limited to, reservations, transportation, hotel, food, or sightseeing services, or any other means of transportation, missed connections, loss of stolen items, costs or expenses arising out of injury, accident or death, quarantine, disturbance, government restrictions or regulations, damage, loss or delay of baggage or other property, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, loss of pay, disappointment, mechanical breakdown, government actions, strike, lockouts, war, terrorism, weather, acts of god, force majeure or other factors or causes beyond our control. In case of a fall during a cycling ride, the participant will be held responsible for the repair and/or replacement of any damaged part of the bike.

Prices, Reservations and Payment:

Our prices are in Euros (€). We charge a single supplement to individual travelers who wish to ensure that they have private rooms throughout a trip. To reserve your trip, we require a deposit (for the amount, please refer to the information sheet of the package you registered for). The final payment is due not later than 90 days prior to the beginning of your tour. If the final payment is not received by the first day of your scheduled tour, we will not be in a position to accept the participant on that trip.

Pending reservations:

In order for a reservation to be confirmed, the payment of a deposit is required. Unless you proceed to check out and initiate the payment of a deposit, your reservation will not be considered a valid reservation and will not be taken into account by our agency.

Cancellation Policy for Cycling Trips of more than 4 days:

If for some reason you have to cancel your trip, the following cancellation penalties will apply:

Up to 120 days prior to trip departure date: 50% of deposit

90-120 days prior to trip departure date: 100% of deposit

Less than 90 days: 100% of total payment is due to Ronan Pensec Travel.

If we are able to fill your space, then your total payment will be refunded less 100% deposit.

Should you cancel your reservation you may roll the entire deposit per person into a future trip credit to be used towards a Ronan Pensec Travel’s equivalent trip the following year after your original trip. This credit can only be rolled over once.

Cancellation Policy for Cycling Trips of 4 days or less:

If for some reason you have to cancel your trip, the following cancellation penalties will apply:

Before May 1st: Flat rate of € 250 (Two hundred fifty Euros)

After May 1st: the deposit is non-refundable.

Health:

By sending a deposit toward your trip purchase, you certify that you do not have any physical condition or disability that would create a hazard for you or other travelers, and that you have received all appropriate or necessary vaccinations indicated by your proposed trip. Please consult your doctor.

Personal property:

The operators reserve the right to refuse to permit any member to bring on the tour any item that the operators deem inappropriate. No animals are permitted. Please note that safekeeping facilities in many hotels may be limited. Members should limit the number of valuable items brought along. Property lost or stolen must be reported immediately to a designated Ronan Pensec Travel’s employee prior to leaving the customs area. Ronan Pensec Travel cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property.

Itinerary or program changes:

Ronan Pensec Travel reserves the right to withdraw or modify tours, itineraries, programs, sports activities or facilities at anytime without notice and without liability. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, riots, weather conditions, technical difficulties or for any other reason whatsoever, Ronan Pensec Travel and the operators may at anytime and without prior notice, cancel, advance, postpone or deviate from any vacation package and shall not be obliged for any loss whatsoever to any member by reason of such cancellation, advancement, postponement, deviation or substitution.

Program’s cancellation:

A minimum of 15 participants is required for a tour to be executed. If this number cannot be reached, Ronan Pensec Travel reserves the right to cancel the tour at any time and to refund the deposits received or to offer its participants the possibility of registering for another available tour.

Refusal of travel:

A participant may be asked to leave a facility at any time without refund if (i) the participant is unfit for travel (ii) a risk or danger to himself or herself or (iii) a disturbance or danger to others. In such event, the participant shall not be entitled to any refund, and the member shall be responsible for all lodging, meals, return transportation or other expenses incurred.

Transfers:

transfers between airports and facilities are on a group basis, either by coach, van or taxi (at the discretion of the operators). Participants who have arranged their own transportation must transfer at their own expense. Transfers cannot be arranged on a one by one basis and participants may be asked to wait for the next available transfer.

Rental Bikes:

Insurance/Liability: Renters are responsible for any damage to the bikes (excluding any minor nicks or scratches). Renters are liable for the replacement cost should the bike be lost or stolen.

Insurance:

Participants are responsible for having adequate travel insurance covering accident, personal injury, loss of luggage and cancellation. Ronan Pensec Travel is not liable for personal injury, death, damage to property or other loss whether arising from accident, cancellation, delays or any other matter beyond our control.

Etape du Tour:

The entry to the Etape du Tour is non refundable and non exchangeable and does not in any case give right to a refund.

Medical Certificate:

The participation to the Etape du Tour or other cyclosportive requires from the participant to be in good physical condition as well as an intense preparation. The participant will be required to provide a medical certificate from his/her physician stating that he/she is fit and can take part in a cycling competition.

Errors:

Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy at the time of printing, Ronan Pensec Travel is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. The information in this brochure supersedes all prior written material. Ronan Pensec Travel is not responsible for verbal misquotes.

Claims:

The participant agrees that (i) any claims relating to packages are null and void unless made in writing to The Atlantic Collection within 30 days of his/her vacation (ii) Legal proceedings are time barred if not brought within one (1) year after the commencement of his/her vacation; (iii) The laws of the country where The Atlantic Collection is registered may govern the disposition of your claim and in some cases may limit your recovery and damages.
